Restart and Reboot

RESTART.EXE ends the current Windows session and starts another one.

   RESTART  will immediately restart Windows

   RESTART ASK  will prompt you for permission to restart


REBOOT.EXE ends the current Windows session and reboots the system.

   REBOOT  will immediately reboot the system

   REBOOT ASK  will prompt you for permission to reboot
